Course development
KU Lighthouse helps you design courses and exams where academic depth and innovation are connected. We work closely with the pedagogical consultants at TEACH.
Integrating innovation, entrepreneurship, and potentially external partners into your teaching can give students the opportunity to train innovation competencies in practice. For example idea development, value creation, and creativity. This requires time and coordination. We help facilitate that.
We offer sparring on:
- When and how innovation, entrepreneurship, and other practice elements make sense in your teaching
- How to align academic content, practice-oriented and innovation-driven learning activities, learning objectives, and assessment formats
- How to identify relevant external partners and case providers and if possible help you create connections.
- How to align expectations regarding roles and agreements in collaborations with external partners.
